Darren Han
Solicitor
Darren graduated from Bond University in 2009, since when he has been practicing as a solicitor in Queensland and is the founder of the firm.
Darren’s areas of practice include property law and business law, and is with plenty of experience in drafting and negotiating sale, acquisition and project documentations for all types of real estate assets, including major development sites, shopping centres, warehouses and other commercial land and buildings. Darren is very passionate about building close relationships with clients. He is the key relationship contact for many major clients including landlords, developers, tenant leasing clients etc. He is highly regarded for his negotiating skills, creative commercial solutions and commitment to client service.
Jasper Wu
Solicitor
Jasper practises primarily in the areas of business, commercial, finance and property. His expertise covers a broad range of transactions, including acquisition and disposal of businesses and land, retail leasing, private lending and residential development.
Jasper assists all of his clients in their transactions ensuring they are at all times protected whilst endeavouring to complete the transaction in a commercial and efficient manner.
Brenda Chia

Brenda’s areas of expertise are property, business, commercial and finance. She advises on acquisition and disposal of properties (residential, commercial and off-the-plan) and businesses, as well as retail and commercial leasing.
In addition to English, Brenda is a fluent speaker of Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay.
